Important Dates
• Online Early Registration will be opened: April 30th (Monday), 2018
• Online Early Registration will be closed: June 27th (Wendnesday), 2018
• Early registration must be made no later than June 27th (Wendnesday), 2018. Participants who register before the deadline will benefit from the reduced registration fee.

• The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the participant in company with the name of the organization. The depositor name should correspond with the registered name.

Confirmation of Registration
• Registration will be acknowledged by e-mail within 2 weeks of clearance of your payment.
• Registration forms not accompanied by the appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received.
• We recommend visiting the onsite pre-registration desks first upon arrival in order to receive your name badge, symposium materials, and registration receipt.
Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations of registration and refund requests must be notified to the secretariat in writing
